When people talk about Italy, associations of pasta and pizza are some of the first things that pop up in most people’s minds, followed by images of sandy beaches, tasty ice cream and the imaginary smell and taste of Mediterranean spices as rosemary and sea salt. All these primary associations have one thing in common. Warm summer and vacation vibes. What if I told you that there is a lot more about Italy than just these images in your mind you have from the classic summer vacation you might have spent there? In Italy, you can find traditional Catholicculture in Rome, enormous and fantastic mountain sceneries paired with glaciers to climb in the north in South-Tyrol, endless rough but idyllic coastlines in the south and even a vast metropolis where people ride boats on water canals instead of cars on asphalt streets. I have been to Italy for a few times already but there is still a lot to see and explore. I invite you to participate in the images I have taken of the various and beautiful landscapes of Bella Italia.
